Safe area insets (e.g. safe-area-inset-bottom) ignore Safari ‘Aa’ zoom level?

iOS Safari downloading whole MP4 video before playing?

I just used www.webpagetest.org to test our homepage which has an autoplay HTML5 9MB fullpage background video: <video autoplay muted loop playsinline id=”Video1″ > <source src=”default-resources/video/video-003.webm” type=”video/webm”> <source src=”default-resources/video/video-003.mp4″ type=”video/mp4″> </video> On Windows Chrome it loads pretty much straight way and plays the WebM video.
